Capri Travel Info
Capri lies to the South of the Bay of Naples. The island has a perimeter
of approximately 17 Km, and a total area of approximately 1.036 hectares.
The highest point is Mount Solaro (589 m).
Capri has two towns: Capri and Anacapri. The first is located on the
eastern side of the island. Anacapri is on the western side of the island
and is separated from Capri town by the imposing slopes of Mount Solaro.
The climate of Capri is typically mediterranean. Spring and Autumn are
the milder seasons, during which it is more pleasant to visit the island.
The Blue grotto, and Villa Jovis are a must-see among the many beauties
of Capri.
